Randi earned her Associate’s degree in Pre-Veterinary Animal Science in 2016 and has been dedicated to the veterinary field ever since. She began her career working as both a Client Service Representative (CSR) and Veterinary Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in patient care as well as client support.

Randi joined White Pine Veterinary Practice in 2024 as a CSR and quickly advanced through leadership roles due to her strong work ethic, compassion, and commitment to excellence. She was promoted to Lead CSR in late 2024, became Assistant Manager in early 2025, and stepped into the role of Site Leader in November 2025. She takes pride in maintaining high standards of care for both patients and clients and works hard to ensure every pet receives the attention they deserve.

Her passion for animals extends far beyond the clinic. At home, Randi cares for 9 cats (YES 9!) and one dog—a Husky/Heeler mix. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her animals, and working with rescue organizations, including fostering pets in need.
